DILLSBURG FIRE VERDICT
Ken Doll Jr & Sr:
NOT GUILTY!
On December 13, 2007, a York County, PA jury found Ken Doll, Jr. and Ken Doll, Sr. not guilty of all charges stemming from an altercation with police during a fire at their property on January 31, 2007.
During the early morning chaos, while trying to save their dog, Tracker, and assisting firefighters struggling to save their business, the Dolls were assaulted by Carroll Township police officers Bailey and Williams. Williams and Bailey testified that they
failed to identify themselves as police officers prior to accosting the
Dolls in the dark at about 1:15 AM. Doll Jr. was struck at least three times in the head with a large flashlight by Bailey. Both Doll Jr. and Sr. were tasered by Williams.
